Terms & Conditions Of Referral Program

 

  • Tata Pravesh is running a Customer Referral Program ('Program') pan India, wherein a customer is required to make a minimum purchase of 1 Door or 1 Window between 1st May, 2021 and (00:00:00) 31st December, 2021 (both days inclusive) to be eligible for the program
  • This Program is applicable for the Referrals received from the customers and the employees of Tata Pravesh/Tata Steel Limited and its subsidiary/Group companies.
  • The unique referral code can be redeemed by getting in touch with Tata Pravesh sales team and making the purchase offline. Customer needs to email the Referral Code to marketing@tatapravesh.com and complete an advance payment to Tata Pravesh along with his Door/Window requirement and installation address. . The unique referral code cannot be redeemed/encashed directly at offline dealer stores or by any other process apart from the one mentioned above.
  • To redeem TataCliq coupon, one will have to visit TataCliq.in website & redeem the coupon.
  • Further if the referrer wants to refer more friends, following this link, the customer will reach a page with the details about the referral program. At the bottom of the page, there will be registration tab with message “To further refer more friends for the referral program register here”. Clicking the register tab the customer will reach “www.tatapravesh.rewardzpromo.com”.
  • Customer will be able to access to register and create his/her profile/account on the web link interface www.tatapravesh.rewardzpromo.com by entering their details (Name, Email id, Mobile number, City and password of their choice) and using the OTP received on the mobile no. entered for mobile verification.
  • Customer is required to fill in all the mandatory information in the Program webpage and upon creation of customer account, system then leads the Customer to Referral page upon clicking on the tab “REFER”, wherein the Customer is required to fill in the Name, Email ID and Mobile Number of the Person who he/she wants to refer (Referral) under this Program.
  • There is no limit on the number of Referrals that a Customer (Referrer) can make under this Program.
  • Customer after submitting the Referrals mandatory information, an SMS, email will be generated with a unique referral code, which will be then sent to the Referral’s referred on the referral webpage.
  • Once the Referrer selects the reward and clicks on redeem, an automated mail with the discount code will be sent to the referrers registered email account. The promo code sent on the mail is a unique discount code and can be used only once. If the promo code has been applied once, it will not be valid any further. The protection responsibility of the promo code lies with the customer; TATA Pravesh cannot monitor the use of promo code and will not be able to track the usage of the same.
  • TPL will not be responsible for the use of the discount promo code once it is sent to the customer on the registered email id, hence will not entertain any request of re-issue of the discount promo code under any circumstances.
  • In the event it is found that the Referrer has violated any of these terms and conditions of the Program and/or engaged in any illegal or wrongful or fraudulent act / act(s) under applicable laws and regulations for generating successful disbursal, then TPL shall be at liberty to initiate such legal action as it may deem fit.
  • By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer gives consent to utilize the data given by him to TPL for TPL’s own marketing purpose.
  • TPL will not be responsible for loss or stolen of unique discount promo code for referral Program by the customer and in no event duplicate bill will be generated for any reason whatsoever.
  • Liability of TPL is limited only to the extent of honoring the redemption of the discount voucher through the referral account and not otherwise.
  • In no event can the referral discount voucher be exchanged for cash or clubbed with any other offers/promotions at the Stores.
  • Any redemption of referral reward by the referral account holder shall be considered as a valid discharge of TPL’s liabilities.
  • TPL shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to use of rewards for availing the products as provided under the webpage of www.reliancedigital.rewardzpromo.com
  • TPL reserves the right, at any time to modify / amend/ withdraw, wholly or in part, any of the terms and conditions of this Program without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Referrer at all times.
  • Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products to be purchased under referral program or from the referral website shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and TPL shall not be held responsible for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the Products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
  • All disputes, if any are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.

  • Terms and Conditions for the Reward
    • Under the Program, the Referrer will be eligible for a Reward only after the Referral has purchased the Door from offline sales team using the unique “referral code” provided by the Referrer.
    • Referrer can redeem his discount voucher immediately or till the expiry date of the voucher.
    • In the event it is found that the Referrer has violated any of these terms and conditions of the Program and/or engaged in any illegal or wrongful or fraudulent acts under applicable laws and regulations for generating successful disbursal, then TPL shall be at liberty to initiate such legal action as it may deem fit.
    • This Customer program can’t be clubbed with any other ongoing program to claim the reward/discount.
